The principle of a constant pressure system is that the flow and pressure required will remain unaltered regardless of demand. This feature is delivered by incorporating variable speed functionality into the system. As demand changes then so the pump speed changes to ensure the pressure in the system remains constant.

The Grundfos CMBE Booster is a compact booster set for water supply in domestic applications. The integrated speed controller enables the CMBE Booster to keep constant pressure in the pipe system despite varying demands. The CMBE Booster is extremely easy to install and operate.
